Wilbur’s Market Farm grows the very best seasonal salad and vegetables. We really believe in growing without chemicals or pesticides and stand by the saying “You are what you eat”.
At Wilbur’s Farm we love the idea of nurturing healthy produce for local folk, restaurants, café’s and caterers whilst benefiting wildlife and the environment at the same time (more About our aims).
For the summer season we are growing spinach, tomatoes, peppers, salads such as rocket, mizuna, carrots, peas, beans, broccoli, kale. Fresh herbs in abundance including basil, parsley, chives, coriander and fennel.
Wilburs Market Farm is located just down the road near Oundle. We love supporting this local business, who sustainably and responsibly grow a range of tasty salad, herbs and vegetables for us. We’re lucky enough to use the freshest veg throughout our menus here at Prevost, all thanks to Wilburs Market Farm!
